Payments and administration

Yes, we can arrange invoices for enrolments. Email us and let us know whether you need the invoices to be addressed to you or to your organisation.

If the invoice needs to be addressed to your organisation, please send us:

  • The organisation name
  • Address
  • Finance/accounts email
  • ABN

Note: we ask for and finance/accounts email for our records but we will send the invoice directly to you.

We offer a 10% discount for not-for-profit organisations, and to UNSW staff and students.

Team training

Yes, you can bring up to 3 people from your organisation into the same training course.

If you are looking for training for more than 3 people from the same organisation, we recommend you to book into different course dates or contact us regarding customised team training.

Public training courses

If you can’t make the dates on offer on our website, please email us and we will get in touch about enrolling you into a course on an alternative date.

Yes. As per our Terms and Conditions, a transfer to a different date will incur a $150 fee.

If you are unwell, you may be eligible for a free transfer upon presentation of a medical certificate. We would be able to transfer you to a new course date, or hold your credit for up to 12 months until you are ready to re-enrol.

You can send your dietary requirements to us on email. We request that you provide this information at least 2 business days before the commencement of your course, so we can ensure to accommodate your requirements.

No, you do not need to prepare slides.

Before your course starts, you will receive an email reminder of what to prepare for your specific course.

For Influential Women, we ask that you come prepared with a scenario for the role play or a presentation.
For Presenting to Media, we ask that you bring either a copy of a script, or a presentation.
For Presenting with Confidence and Presenting with Authority, we ask that you come prepared with a 2-3 minute presentation for the class. We do not expect you to arrive with a presentation memorised, you may bring notes with you.

Discounts are not available for individuals enrolling into multiple courses.

Organisations can save 10% on total course fees with the Multipass when booking training for 10 or more staff members across our courses.

Getting to your training

We do not have designated onsite parking for participants at our training locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, or Canberra.
