I love its tactile and physical nature, learning techniques to be more comfortable in front of a crowd and how to present with confidence. The structure of the courses feels like play! And you are in a safe environment to be vulnerable to get out of your comfort zone.

Where to begin!? The Influential Women course was amazing. [The tutor] is a great collaborator and educator. I learnt so much from her. The most useful aspects of the course were the exercises we could take home and use in our daily professional lives. These preparation techniques and improvisation exercises have made me more aware of how I am perceived as a Manager but also how to deal with conflict in the workplace.

The course was flawless, in terms of content, structure and execution. Sarah is extraordinary. She was able to create a psychologically safe space to experiment, play and learn. Further, she created a space where it felt like one on one coaching. Thank you for the gift of helping me to show up more effectively!

Not only the best public speaking training course I have participated, also the best women’s empowerment course.

This is an area I haven’t placed enough importance on in the past as I probably wasn’t aware the different ways in which I need to prepare. Definitely a process I will utilise moving forward
