Overview

Sometimes we need to make fast decisions in the workplace, so being able to think on your feet and use persuasive communication is a dynamic career skill.

In this unique one-day communication course, you’ll learn practical techniques to build rapport, negotiate with authenticity, and plan for challenging conversations.

Our world class NIDA tutors will teach you the same skills used by performers to explore new communication tactics. Through live scenarios, you’ll use active watching and listening to uncover the potential in every conversation, discover how your authentic style can be your strength.

This course was previously known as ‘Persuasive Communication’.

Influential Communication

The training course was not what I initially expected – in the best possible way. It encouraged self-reflection and offered a practical, hands-on approach.
