What to expect on the day 

Please come to your training session prepared to deliver a short, work-related presentation of up to 2 minutes (3 bullet points only). You may present part of a presentation you have delivered previously, or the opening of a presentation you expect to deliver in the future. Slides are not required. You may use notes if needed or deliver the presentation from memory.  

Catering is included as part of the course, with morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea served for all participants. If you have dietary requirements, please notify us in advance. 

It is advisable to wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes as there may be some movement exercises.

The course teacher was great. Relatable, practical and felt like a safe space. The content was excellent and is something that will help us get better. I especially liked how the day unfolded; step by step we did exercises and practice and then we brought all of these things together at the end of the day.
