Catherine McQueen Cawsey

Catherine trained as an actor at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London. She is an internationally experienced coach and facilitator, specialising in leadership development and communication skills. As a NIDA Corporate tutor and facilitator, Catherine’s focus is on applying theatre techniques in the corporate world; empowering people to step out from behind their role, find their own voice, speak up and connect with others.

Catherine kicked off her performance career as Trafford Tanzi at Derby Playhouse.  After investing in Band-Aid and Tiger Balm shares, Catherine decided against retirement, going onto a season of Shakespeare at Hever Castle, touring with Hinge and Bracket in the Importance of Being Earnest and performing in regional theatre across the UK. Finally, Catherine arrived in the West End of London, playing opposite Anthony Hopkins in M.Butterfly and Ben Elton’s first West End play Gasping.

Taking a break to travel Catherine headed to New Zealand and stopped off in Sydney. She has worked here ever since.

What our clients said

Catherine was a brilliant facilitator- kind, inclusive and supportive plus incredibly knowledgeable at adapting to different workplace scenarios. She provided quick and personalised feedback and was thoroughly engaging right until the end of the session.
