Xero is a leading provider of cloud-based accounting software, offering solutions for small to medium enterprises. Their platform empowers businesses to manage their finances efficiently, streamline processes and access real-time insights into financial performance.

The challenge

Xero aimed to enhance the presentation capabilities of their diverse international team of Senior Product Managers, Managing Directors and Executives. This group plays a critical role in representing the company at large-scale events and conferences such as Xerocon and Xero’s Roadshows. To strengthen their impact, Xero required practical, actionable strategies to elevate storytelling, strengthen audience engagement, and deliver presentations with confidence and authority.

The NIDA Corporate Training solution

We designed a custom training solution for Xero which consisted of two learning modules.

First is a tailored two-day Corporate Performance workshop focusing on tools to elevate skillls in presentation delivery and elevate audience engagement and impact.

This learning module was complemented with three personalised 2-hour coaching sessions for each participant to address individuals’ specific training needs. These coaching sessions offered a creative and safe environment to address areas including vocal technique, presentation structure, physical presence, and overcoming nerves and building confidence.
