Southern Program Alliance: From Technical Expertise to Confident Communication

About the Organisation

Southern Program Alliance is a leading professional services firm bringing together engineers, advisors and scientists to deliver major programs of work in infrastructure construction and development.

The Challenge

Southern Program Alliance sought to equip team members with stronger presentation capabilities, including video presentations, vocal and physical considerations and building a presentation. The focus was on enabling staff to deliver external workshops confidently, lead colleague toolbox talks effectively, and present in an engaging, credible and persuasive manner.

The NIDA Corporate Training Solution

NIDA Corporate Training delivered Presenting with Impact, an experiential training program designed to build clarity, credibility and impact. Participants learned practical techniques to leverage vocal and physical presence and deliver clear, compelling and confident presentations both online and in-person.

Our Impact

Participants developed a clear understanding of their individual presenting strengths and challenges, building targeted strategies for improvement. They cultivated confidence delivering presentations both online and in person, while practising techniques to engage, influence and hold audience attention.

Through focused work on physical and vocal presence, they enhanced their impact, ensuring their communication is clear, reliable, and positively received.

The team’s lead said, “Presenting with Impact gave our people practical tools to present with confidence, presence and credibility, ideal for workshops and toolbox talks.”
