Influential Women is NIDA Corporate Training’s ground-breaking training program tailored specifically to professional women wanting to reach their full potential as leaders. No matter where you are in your career, if you aspire to boost your professional confidence, take charge of your internal narrative, and ignite your gravitas, look no further than this course.
Over two days, you’ll be given the space, freedom and encouragement to elevate your communication and presentation abilities. This one-of-a-kind leadership program harnesses the talents of NIDA actors in immersive role-play scenarios to practice your skills and resilience when navigating challenging interactions.
Please come to your training session prepared to deliver a short, work-related presentation of up to 2 minutes (3 key bullet points only). You may present part of a presentation you have delivered previously, or the opening of a presentation you expect to deliver in the future. Slides are not required. You may use notes if needed or deliver the presentation from memory.
You will be filmed presenting your material for the purpose of feedback but please note that this takes place in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Come prepared with a challenging communication scenario you may have experienced in the past or you need to have in the future which is related to your work.
It is advisable to wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat shoes as there may be some movement exercises.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the course and check in with the venue staff to let them know you’ve arrived.

Catering is included as part of the course, with morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea served for all participants. If you have dietary requirements, please notify us in advance.
