Overview

Collaborative Negotiation is a new two-day NIDA Corporate Training course offering where participants will investigate how to build trust and rapport with those that they are negotiating with, how to identify and understand their own negotiating style, and how to engage in active listening to find common ground.

Participants will have the opportunity to experience a unique case study negotiation simulation, allowing them to put new skills into practise and gain feedback and direction on their negotiating style. Individual negotiation scenarios will also be explored in the context of evidence-based collaborative negotiation principles.

This is an essential course for professionals at any stage of their career, providing practical strategies to enhance communication and negotiation skills.
