Demonstrating creative thinking with Orchard Marketing

About the Organisation

Orchard Marketing is a connected experience agency that helps brands transform the way they engage with customers by combining data, creative thinking, and technology to create meaningful, measurable connections at every touchpoint.

The Challenge

Orchard Marketing recognised the need to strengthen their team’s presentation skills in leading client pitches, board meetings, and communicating effectively in both small and large team meetings.

The NIDA Corporate Training Solution

NIDA Corporate Training developed a custom full-day program, Master the Message

Participants explored how vocal and physical presence can enhance delivery and learned techniques to remain grounded, present, and in control.

The course addressed the psychology of nerves, providing strategies to manage anxiety and maintain focus on meaningful audience engagement. Participants developed clear objectives for their presentations and learned to adapt messages to different audiences, using emotional connection and attention-grabbing techniques.

Our Impact

The session strengthened participants’ presence, boosted confidence, and elevated clarity, equipping them with the skills to own the room, whether pitching ideas, presenting to a board, or addressing larger audiences.

By the end of the program, participants understood techniques to pitch with composure and impact. The team practised a range of vocal and physical techniques and developed greater self-awareness of their current presenting style, along with strategies to improve it.

Participants learned how to adapt messaging and delivery for different audiences and contexts, while strengthening their ability to manage nerves and remain grounded under pressure.

One participant saying, “I found all the tactics really useful. I was grateful for being pushed out of my comfort zone. While I felt very uncomfortable in the moment, the first thing I told my partner about the day was that I wish I had done it 10 years ago before I’d convinced myself that I was bad at presenting.”
