As highly visible industry ambassadors, REA Group’s sales leaders regularly attend major events, delivering keynote presentations and leading influential panel discussions that shape conversation, build credibility, and drive meaningful engagement with both B2B and B2C audiences. 

To maintain their positioning as industry leaders, it is essential for REA Group sales leaders to present confidently and inspire their teams and customers. Each opportunity to connect with their community is a moment to strengthen trust and enrich customer engagement. 

The NIDA Corporate Training solution

NIDA Corporate Training provided REA Group a bespoke one-day presentation skills program, Impactful Presenter, and private coaching to a select group of senior sales leaders, industry partnership managers, and L&D managers.  

The core focus for the team training was to scale up presentations skills and provide tools for creating impact and influence. NIDA Corporate Training empowered this group to rely less on slides and generate more engagement with their audiences by elevating their personal presence and confidence.

The private coaching component dived deeper into tools for maintaining engagement in long-form event presentations, and improvisation skills to stay fresh and confident in interviews and panel discussions. Participants were guided with practice and personalised feedback to highlight individual skills and areas for improvement.

Our impact

The team training program, Impactful Presenter, supported ten REA Group sales leaders to achieve the following outcomes: 

• Awareness of individual presentation skills strengths and challenges. 

• Improved ability to prepare and deliver workplace presentations. 

• Greater management of nerves and their impact on performance. 

• Enhanced physical and vocal presence to help engage and influence their audience. 

• Greater skill responding to questions effectively and confidently in the moment.
