Quantium contacted NIDA Corporate Training requesting a professional development offering for a cohort of Senior Leaders. This group were undergoing an extensive leadership program designed to accelerate their career growth.

A key goal for Quantium was to provide training which will build the confidence and capability of this cohort to enhance their executive presence, deliver highly impactful and engaging presentations, and understand how to craft and share the story of their leadership legacy.

The NIDA Corporate Training Solution

NIDA Corporate Training delivered two programs. The international cohort first attended a one-day in-person training program, Presenting with Impact. This was delivered by two expert NIDA tutors for two groups of 8 participants.

Program 1 – Presenting with Impact

• Greater confidence presenting to small and large groups
• Increased awareness of individual communication strengths and challenges
• Enhanced physical and vocal presence
• Improved ability to engage and influence your audience NIDA then built upon the skills learned by delivering a 4-hour online training session, guiding the cohort through storytelling techniques and frameworks, to assist them in crafting a narrative for their personal leadership journey.

Program 2 – Captivating Storytellers

• Practical understanding of storytelling techniques
• Methods on how to structure a compelling leadership story
• Identify and interpret key messages which may be important in reaching your audience
• Greater ability to engage and affect your audience with your story –
